The short version. Your walkthroughs, quotes and prices belong to you. We use them only to do the work you asked for. We never sell them, never share them for anyone else's marketing, and never show your pricing to another contractor. Ask any time and we'll export everything for you, or delete it.

What we collect
- If you use PriceDesk: your walkthrough recordings, the written-up scopes, the numbers you fill in, your quotes and job sheets, your company details and branding, and the client details you or your recording include (such as a homeowner's name and address).
- If you contact us or fill in one of our forms (including a form on Facebook or Instagram): your name, phone, email, company, and your answers.
- If you visit our website or your sample page (the personal page in our letter, postcard or email): which page was opened, which of our buttons was tapped (for example Start free or Call), the date, where the visit came from (for example the postcard's QR code or Facebook), and the type of browser. We don't use cookies or advertising trackers on these pages.
How we use it
- To write up your walkthroughs, build your quotes and job sheets, and keep your job list.
- To reply to you, set you up, and contact you about PriceDesk if you asked us to.
- To see which of our letters and emails are useful, so we send fewer that aren't.
Who helps us run it
We use a small number of service providers, only to run PriceDesk: secure data storage in a U.S. data center (Supabase), transcription of recordings (Deepgram), the writing-up step (Anthropic), PDF creation (CustomJS), website hosting (Netlify), and email (Google Workspace). They process data on our behalf and not for their own marketing.
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Your clients' information
When your recordings or quotes include details about your clients, we handle them for you, only to produce your documents. They stay in your account.
Your choices
- Export or delete: ask any time and we'll send you your data or delete it. When you leave, we delete it.
- Emails: reply "no thanks" to any email from us and we won't email you again.
- Calls and texts: tell us to stop, or reply STOP to a text, and we won't contact you that way again.
Keeping it safe
Your data is stored with access limited to PriceDesk, and the keys to our service providers are never stored in the app or shown on a page.
